About Us
Patsy has been in the hair industry for 38 years.
She owned her first salon in Johnstown, OH and in 1981 she
opened Patsy's Beauty Salon in 1981 in Utica, OH. Now 28
years later and her daughter obtaining her license as a Cosmetologist,
she has decided to renovate and expand her salon to better serve her
clients and future clients,by providing more services such as manicures,
